Lawrence Silva, known as “The Job Father,” is a leading expert in workforce development with 30+ years of experience helping over 5,000 individuals, including veterans and people with disabilities, secure employment. He has consulted for California Community Colleges, the Department of Labor, Department of Rehabilitation, and more.

He holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Human Resources from CSU East Bay and multiple bachelor’s degrees from CSU Chico. Lawrence also directs Makers Paradise, a nonprofit offering art and music therapy programs in Berkeley and Reno.
